The Problem

The term ‘global warming’ refers to the rise of global temperatures caused by increased amounts of greenhouse gases in the atmosphere. As the Sun’s energy enters the Earth’s atmosphere, these greenhouse gases block heat reflected from the Earth’s surface, which would normally travel back into space. The result is an increase in global temperatures. As the amount of greenhouse gases increase in the atmosphere, the Earth’s surface becomes warmer.

There are many greenhouse gases and the most abundant is Carbon Dioxide, which accounts for approximately 85% of all greenhouse gases. Carbon Dioxide is formed when fossil fuels, like petrol or diesel are burned. The continued accumulation of Carbon Dioxide in the atmosphere will result in a warmer atmosphere which itself creates warmer winters, droughts in arid areas, flooding in wet areas, lost habitat and species extinction, increased intensities of extreme weather events such as hurricanes, decreased productivity of agricultural land and more.

With the rising global use of fossil fuels, comes an ever-increasing amount of greenhouse gas emissions. Though it cannot be seen, scientists observe elevated amounts of Carbon Dioxide in the atmosphere. The effect of annual amounts of Carbon Dioxide emissions, on total atmospheric amounts, is cumulative. The Earth’s natural cycles cannot process as much Carbon Dioxide as human activity is producing and scientists are observing corresponding increases in the average global temperature.

Over the past 20 years, scientists have concluded that the increasing amount of Carbon Dioxide is the major contributor of rising global temperatures. In the last 15 years, the warmest 10 years of the century have been recorded. Over the past year, the Arctic Ice Cap is probably its smallest size in the last 100 years of record keeping. In recent years, the proportion of powerful hurricanes has doubled. The threat of global climate change can be reduced if greenhouse gas emissions are reduced globally.

The Environment

In and around most cities, the air we breathe can smell and taste like exhaust fumes. Perhaps you may even have felt discomfort or a mild burning in your eyes? Has breathing on certain days been more difficult than on others? Have you noticed that air quality warnings seem to be getting more frequent than ever? What’s ironic about it is that you and I are actually paying for this and promoting our own misery with our hard earned money.

There is a way that you can do your part, and if everyone else did the same, things could really improve! By having a WATERFUEL tm hybrid Conversion supplemental hydrogen fuel cell fitted to your vehicle you will be doing your bit towards reducing pollution and helping the environment. WATERFUEL tm hybrid Conversion fuel cells are the result of basic physics and chemistry put into an easy-to-use package. We take a little water (H2O, or two parts hydrogen to one part oxygen – also known as HHO), add an electrolyte and some DC (direct current – about 9 amps). By doing so we actually break apart the water into its two gases and we use that fuel (HH) and oxidiser (O) to assist the combustion process in your vehicle’s engine. The addition of hydrogen and oxygen makes the fossil fuel burn more completely.

As a result, the pollution your vehicle was emitting will be cut down to almost zero parts per million (ppm). Thats right – zero ppm, and your vehicle is now using less fuel to produce the same power output as before, but without the pollution! Better still, the additional output from your exhaust from burning H2O is water vapour (H2O), so it is about as environmentally friendly as you can get!

Your Vehicle

With a WATERFUEL tm hybrid Conversion fuel cell installed, the fuel in your tank will last longer and the gaps between maintenance and/or servicing visits to the garage will become greater (for oil changes, spark plugs, fuel filters etc). This is because you are using less fuel to do the same amount of work, so less pollutants are being produced within the engine. Pollutants are one of the main causes of dirty spark plugs and contaminated engine oil. By significantly reducing pollution in your engine, the consumable components (spark plugs, engine oil, oil filter etc) will last longer than ever before, thus reducing the number of trips you make to a garage.

As most people know, the enemy of almost all mechanical devices is excessive heat. Too much heat tends to lead to premature failure of internal components and inevitably to failure of the entire device. The addition of HHO gas to an internal combustion engine serves to reduce the engine’s temperature by a few degrees centrigrade. This helps to prolong the life of the engine’s components and hence the engine itself. The oil and cooling system do not have to work as hard to keep the engine’s temperature within an acceptable range and the components themselves are less stressed by extreme temperatures.

Your Money

What does this all mean to you financially? The fact that you are burning less fuel but still getting the same (or better) level of performance from your vehicle means less trips to the petrol station to fill up. With the cost of fossil fuels increasing almost weekly (some times daily) this adds up to more money in your pocket rather than giving it to the oil companies and the Treasury. Fewer trips to a garage for oil, oil filter and spark plug changes automatically means the cost and time spent keeping your car on the road is reduced.
